I don't know if this was the first time he's done this, but Doug Smith is apparently now video-blogging after every game. My only advice is that he might want to consider doing these while sober. (I kid! I kid!)
Although I didn't get to see Amare's jaw-dropping 49-point performance last night, it did inspire me to type out an ode to him on Court Surfing.
Interesting piece in the NY Times about how some coaches know their opponents' plays so well that they're able to shout the plays out to their players as they're happening. Isn't it sad that part of me actually hoped I would find Sam Mitchell quoted somewhere in this story?

Speaking of Starbury, if he hosted a podcast with Eddy Curry, it might go a little something like this.
