Going into tonight's Raptors-Celtics rematch, the optimistic among us could make the case that Ray Allen probably won't be as lights out as he was on Sunday — so maybe the Raptors have a shot tonight. On the other hand, Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce shot a combined eight-for-27 from the field yesterday and you're nuts if you think that's happening again. So with the outcome of the game basically pre-determined, I'm mostly interested in seeing if the tension between Brian Scalabrine and Joey Graham escalates into an actual physical altercation. B-Scal oughta be careful, I hear Joey-Bot got a recent software upgrade from Cyberdyne Systems.

Rumor Press — a Chicago Bulls rumors blog that claims to have broken the Ben Wallace trade two months before it happened — reports that the Raptors and Bulls are in talks for a Jermaine O'Neal trade that could involve Andres Nocioni, Larry Hughes and/or Drew Gooden. The only scenario that appeals to me is one that would send O'Neal and Will Solomon to Chicago in return for Hughes, Gooden and Joakim Noah. Hughes' contract is the same length as J.O.'s, Gooden has a $7 million expiring contract and Noah's per-36-minute averages of 11.8 rebounds and 2.4 blocks are both superior to anyone on the Raptors. As you would know if you've been following this blog for a few years, I'm a big Noah fan and I think he would be a valuable addition to a team like the Raptors that is desperate for his rebounding, hustle and winning attitude. I'm not sure why Chicago would do this trade unless they're sour on Noah, so I'm not holding my breath.

Here's a painfully funny Jose Calderon Photoshop at Raptors Republic.

Sticking with the funny Photoshop theme, Cuzoogle shows us what the movie poster for "The Wrestler Starring Joey Graham" might have looked like. Better Joey than the studio's first choice for the role: Nicholas Cage.

Holly MacKenzie has a tremendous post on the Court Surfing blog about the atmosphere inside the Celtics' locker room after yesterday's game. Up-and-coming sportswriters, pay attention: write more like this and less like the cookie-cutter style you get from most of the current crop of beat grunts and rabble-rousing columnists.

Empty the Bench chimes in on the growing "Boozer or Millsap" debate going on in Utah.

Andrew Bynum talks to Ball Don't Lie about making it rain and confusing Kareem Abdul-Jabbar with Wilt Chamberlain.
