There isn't really much to analyze here. The Bobcats have the most extreme home/road split I've ever seen — they're 11-4 in Charlotte and 1-13 on the road this season. That's ridonkulous. Even still, ESPN.com's "Accuscore Projection" gives the Bobcats a 24 percent chance of winning tonight. This might have something to do with the Bobcats ripping the Raptors' heads off and then dunking with them when the two teams met in November.
Start time: 7:00pm ET
Channel: TSN2
Probable starting lineups
Toronto: Jarrett Jack, DeMar DeRozan, Hedo Turkoglu, Chris Bosh, Andrea Bargnani
Charlotte: Raymond Felton, Stephen Jackson, Gerald Wallace, Boris Diaw, Nazr Mohammed
Five questions
1. Did you know that the Bobcats' 116-81 win over the Raptors in November was the most lopsided win in Bobcats franchise history?
2. Are the Raptors better than the Washington Wizards? That's the only other team the Bobcats have beaten on the road this season.
3. Since Tyson Chandler blocked six shots in the previous meeting of these two teams, will the Raptors have more success in the paint tonight since he is out with a foot injury?
4. Did you know that Michael Jordan claimed that the Raptors could have acquired Gerald Wallace for T.J. Ford in the summer of 2008, but Bryan Colangelo wouldn't do the deal unless the Bobcats included a draft pick? And if you heard about this back then, are you still mad about it like I am?
5. Has anybody ever tried to figure out why Nazr Mohammed's first name is pronounced "Nozzy"? I think I'm going to start correcting my co-workers and telling them my first name is actually pronounced "Sky". I'll tell them it's Gaelic, or something.
