I hate that we should fire yet another coach, but I cant believe this group of players is this bad.

hahah... if i had one word to describe internet raptor fans it would be overkill.... but, i do agree with the whole, firing sam bit...

at the least; even with a good postseason, i think colangelo now has to choose between sam and tj this offseason. i hate to be the one to, kick horses when they are down, but if both sam and tj are on our roster come next season im gonna find it hard to like this team...

best case scenario would be both gone...

So totally agreeing with all that.

I like 80% of the guys on the team and love the Raps, but if BC keeps Sam aboard and goes with TJ (which would probably mean Jose going), Im pretty sure my motivation to root for the team takes a huge hit. And if he tops that with trading away some good pieces (my biggest concers in Rasho), Ill probably stop watching the games.

Mitchell probably does need to go, but it's not a "need to go now" situation like with Kevin O'Neil. If Mitchell gets fired for yet another unproven coach, the team will likely take another step backwards. I'm only in favour of canning Mitchell if it leads to getting somebody who is proven.

Which coaches are available in the off season to replace Smitch?

Keep Smitch. Bring in a defensive assistant coach. And fire the hell out of TJ.
