I know it's still early, but I wanted to bring up the discussion anyway. In the draft we were basically looking to sign a decent wing, and the options were DeMar DeRozan, Gerald Henderson, and Terrence Williams. Most fans were in agreement that DeRozan was the right pick, and so far Henderson hasn't done much to dispute that. But Terrence Williams of the Nets is going out there and putting on a pretty decent show every night. Do people still feel that DeRozan's ceiling is higher than Williams?
Personally I'd stick with DeRozan right now, but I'm keeping an eye on T. Will as the season goes by.

Considering Nets are not doing so great and they dont have the experienced fire power we do, I wouldnt put much emphasis on the numbers by Terrence Williams in comparison to DD.

It's not really the stats I'm looking at. Terrence Williams is being lauded for his versatility, being able to play multiple positions. According to Lawrence Frank he's even played the 5 at times. If you look at his numbers on a per-game basis, you can see that his game adapts to the role that he's in. I think DeRozan has a shot at superstardom, but I think Terrence Williams has a better shot at being one of those coveted role-players like Shane Battier or Trevor Ariza.
