For the record, the team is 0-0 when I start a game thread
Obviously hard to get too excited about this game. The Wolves are the second worst team in the league at 3-17 (with one of those wins against Jersey) but they are 2-2 in their last four games with wins over Denver and Utah.
Let's hope the new found confidence of the Raps doesn't breed overconfidence, and that Al Jefferson continues to play like he just came back from a knee injury.
I'm going Raps by 11 - with Turkoglu breaking out for a 28 point game.

My buddy backed out of pick-up ball tonight because his dad got tickets to this game. All I could think was " ... Really? Raps/Wolves?"
Anyway .. go-o-o Raptors :-) Wolves will be a good team to practice defensive sets against. Who guards Al J?
The return of Nathan Jawai plus Huskies throw back night, it should be very emotional night in the ACC.

I gotta record this one. I really hope the Raps don't fuck this one up. I'm looking for another win, Bulls-style.

It will be very interesting watching them in Blue and White. Is this a conspiracy by MLSE. This is the new form of advertising the LEAFS brand. Just kidding. Should be nice lets not hope for complatiency.
Calderon not playing, MARCUS BANKS SIGHTING!

They HAVE to go to Bosh all the time in the 4th quarter... no more of this "we have to keep the 3 point streak alive" crap... we would be up by 20 if they had hit a three early and weren't consistently jacking up crap shots. Now we may well lose to the 2nd worst team in the NBA.
If Bargnani sees the floor again tonight, I'm going to shoot someone.
Oh no, the most pointless and f***ed out streak in the history of professional sports might end!

BUT IT DIDN'T! YESSSSS!
with all the disgrace this franchise has been dragged through, at least we have the streak. it also highlights how the pansy and perimeter oriented offense has become our established trademark style.
One of the luckiest wins in Raptors history, 32% shooting, thank god for the 48 free throw attempts.

I caught the last 30 min on the Fan590. Why exactly were we shooting 31% and how bad did the Jarret Jack "injury" actually look?

Jack isn't injured - he'll be fine. Good composure down the stretch... we were crap, but it never really seemed like Minny was going to win.
You could argue the offense suffered in Jose's absence, then again I can't remember seeing a Raptors team miss so many open shots in my life.
Good effort though and if we play that bad an win, maybe there is hope we can beat Milwaukee tomorrow and take two back to back's

UGLY but got the win! Raps could not hit a jumpshot the entire game but yes the 3pt streak lives... Game was won at the free throw line. Also helped that the Wolves were just as cold shooting. Seriously, one of the ugliest shooting games I can remember watching!

Hey Efman
Judging by their shooting percentage last night, it will be the last time I start a thread
