A mini-rant. Sure, he's Brett Frickin' Favre, but retire or don't already.

Maybe the Packers could if you'd decide to retire or not. Javon Walker sits there wanting a trade, but how can we trade a player that could potentially draw a decent draft pick when we don't know what we need to draft because you're sitting at home in the deep south contemplating life.



"If I don't tell them by Saturday, what will they do, cut me?" Favre told the Sun Herald on the Mississippi Gulf Coast."

Are you Fing kidding me? I think my eyebrow started twitching. I started remembering my dreams of the Raps burying Vince on the bench when he whined more than Paris Hilton in her porn. Please cut him, for god's sake. He's holding one of the proudest sports franchises in North America hostage, just so he can come back and through 15 TDs and 20 INTs.





"If they don't come together, I guess I won't play," Favre said. "I don't know if my decision will be made by Saturday."
Favre said some days he wants to play and other days he wants to retire. Knowing he can still compete at a high level is making the decision tough, he said.

Even his wife is ready for his decision, Favre said."

Your wife's ready for your decision? F*** you Brett, there are probably a million loyal Packers fans ready for your decision. "Can still comepte at a high level?" We drafted a quarterback in the first round last year because you've regressed into the same gunslinger you were when we drafted you. Opposing teams don't fear you anymore, the secondary just gets really excited and probably put down over/unders on how many picks they're going to get.

You've done so many great things for Green Bay and football, but I've lost so much respect for you with stunts like this, which you already pulled last year. Don't let the door hit you on the way out, you arrogant, self-centred twat.

Man, this guy's ego is on another planet. I mean he probably enjoys it when a team delays their enture offseason in anticipation of his decision.

I've never been a huge Favre fan, especially after his pathetic There's Something About Mary appearance, but this has really made me hate him.

You guys are all haters. The guys a f***ing god in Green Bay.

Theres also something called "wearing out your welcome"....people don't to him anymore, Aaron Rodgers can come in and do the same shitty job and he'll at least be growing for the future.

He used to be good, but...

For some reason, every single sportswriter on the planet (save for Bill Simmons) slobbers all over him. I want him to get traded to a better team, and then completely destroy them.

BTW, last season was not Brett Favre's fault. The team was ridled with injuries. For the most part, he was passing to 3rd and 4th string WR.

I admit that his skills have diminished, but he's still a capable QB. If he comes back, he's still one of the better QBs.

I'm not saying it was entirely his fault, I'm saying he's holding a team and its fans hostage to stroke his ego, and that BS.

And he's definitely not one of the better QBs right now...his game management and decision-making skills have regressed so far it hurts to watch. Throwing to 3rd and 4th string WRs is a fair poing, and the O-Line isn't what it used to be, but some of the forced throws he made were just brutal. He points to their record last year and says they need to get better, but he had his share in throwing away a few games last year.

LOL, this guy is such a clown. Today, he announces an early morning press conference to announce that he is still undecided.

This guy is a warrior, has had a stellar career, has battled addiction and will be in Canton Ohio within the next 5 years.

Thats said, I advise he hang up the cleats, he's done and it's best to go out on his terms.
